Businesses don’t succeed by standing still. Be prepared to effectively manage change within your organization by learning strategies that will help employees and coworkers adapt to new realities and adopt behaviors that support the growth and development of new initiatives.

Program Pre-Work and Post-Work: The six modules may consist of assessments, discussion forum exercises, videos, and/or reading assignments. Additionally, each module requires post-work application action planning, exercises, and/or self-reflection. Please allow two to three hours to complete these items each week.

Who Should Attend

Supervisors, managers, directors, and project leaders who have responsibility to lead and implement organizational changes – examples of organizational change include process improvements, technology implementation, organizational restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and strategy implementation.
