Billing and Payments
Register online or by phone. To register online, go to the Program Finder, click the program name, select the date you would like to attend, and follow the instructions. To register by phone call 800-292-8964.
Payment is required at the point of registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Payment may be made online or through Customer Service. Please contact us for information about payments or wire transfers at customerservice@uwcped.org.
For in-person sessions
The program fee includes session materials, daily lunch, break food, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please contact the program coordinator about special dietary needs. Parking and lodging fees are not included.
For online sessions
The program fee includes access to the program materials, learning management system, and Live Learning Sessions. Access to program materials is available for 30 days after the completion of the program.
Our programs are non-credit and, therefore, not eligible for financial aid or the WI GI Bill.
- All registration change requests must be submitted in writing via email to customerservice@uwcped.org.
- Registration changes can be made more than 30 days prior to the start of a session without incurring additional fees.
- Substitutions can be made anytime without incurring additional fees, except when there are assessments or program materials that need to be purchased for the substitute. Additional fees may apply.
- Transfers requested within 30 days from the start of the session will be subject to a transfer fee equal to 20% of the program fee paid.
- Cancellations requested within 30 days from the start of the sessions will be refunded 50% of the program fee paid.
- Transfers must be completed within 7 days of the request or they will automatically be cancelled and refunded 50% of the program fee paid.
Our programs include materials and meals. When you request a registration change within the 30 day window, these costs have already been incurred by our organization. Therefore, fees are assessed to cover these costs.

Program Information
Business casual.
You will receive a program welcome email approximately two to four weeks prior to the start of your program from the program coordinator. Please read this email closely for important details. Some programs require pre-work, such as articles to read or videos to watch before the program starts. If pre-work is required, it will be mentioned in the welcome email.

Yes, attendance in the Live Learning Sessions is required. If you need to miss a Live Learning Session, please contact the program coordinator to make arrangements in your absence.
Because you will receive program materials digitally, it is highly recommended that you bring a laptop or tablet to the program. Please contact customer service if you are unable to do so. Free Wi-Fi is available at the Fluno Center.
Although our programs are not eligible for credit in undergraduate or graduate degrees, participants receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Recognition of participation is given at the end of each program. In addition, participants can earn Professional Development Certificates demonstrating attendance in a series of programs designed to provide a body of knowledge.
We recommend individuals complete all program requirements for a Professional Development Certificate within seven years. On average, most people complete certificate requirements in three years.
Yes, both our online and in-person programs count toward the certificate requirements.

The Fluno Center is a premier, full-service, award-winning facility located in the heart of Madison. Make a reservation online or call 608-441-7117. Additional accommodations for the Madison area are available at visitmadison.com.
Underground parking is located at the Fluno Center in Lot 83. Enter from Frances St. between E. Johnson St. and University Ave. This University of Wisconsin-managed garage is available to the public for $15.00 per day. Parking fees are not included in the price of program enrollment.
