Technical Services Specialist
The IT Technical Service Specialist is an exciting and dynamic role that will allow you to use your experience and insight to implement change across our organization. This role will often be the face of IT as the first line of support for all end users. The ability to learn multiple technologies and take on a variety of support tasks is critical to this position. As the IT Technical Service Specialist, you will be interacting daily with end users at all levels of the organization; strong communication skills are a must. The position primarily reports to the Manager of Information Technology, however, as a small team, the Director of Technology and People will also play a role in supervision. The IT Technical Service Specialist role is remote but has expectations for onsite work at The Fluno Center in Madison, WI for device management and on-site support an average of 1 to 2 days a week. Work outside of core business hours is minimal, and there is no on call. This position has tremendous room for growth and subsequent promotion with career paths to Associate Systems Administrator and higher-level related roles resulting from growth in skills and acquisitions of certifications for relevant technology systems.
