Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator position is a full-time salaried position that coordinates and provides heavy administrative support for a wide range of programs consisting of 10-150 people for varying durations. Coordination of these programs and the related support activities include the management of all program details as well as the coordination of program sessions at various stages of preparation or closing throughout the year.
This position operates under a large degree of autonomy reporting to the Manager of Client Experience. S/hedevelops their own work sequences and methods to meet the requirements of the programming function within departmental policies and procedures. The position is responsible for aiding in the efficient operation of the department and providing an atmosphere conducive to continuing education.
