The Instructional Designer is an exciting role that will allow you to use your experience and insight to support the development and implementation of new distance learning opportunities and enhancements to current learning programs. This role will report to the Director of Learning Products and Services and support the learning strategy standards and outcomes. The successful candidate will require the ability to use multiple technologies to drive a variety of projects assisting Subject Matter Experts and Client Experience staff. The Instructional Designer will interact with end users at all levels of the organization, and therefore strong communication skills are a must.
The Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional and Executive Development (CPED) uses Oracle NetSuite as their ERP and front-end website. There is an ongoing project to restructure and cleanup historical data in the system. The individual in this role will help to facilitate that process.
This role be part of the Information Technology (IT) team and will report to the Senior Systems Administrator, with a dotted line to the Finance & Accounting team. The schedule for this role is flexible, with an expectation of 5-10 hours/week. The majority of the work can be done remotely.
