Besty leads CPED’s Foundations of Management Certificate, which is focused on helping leaders motivate their teams, influence stakeholders, leverage resources, and enhance business process. Betsy has a BA in communications from Eastern Illinois University and is certified in executive coaching, change management, performance consulting, and instructional design.
