Overview
The shift from artificial intelligence (AI) exploration to enterprise-wide adoption is one of the most complex and high-stakes transformations organizations face today. This program focuses on the strategies, frameworks, and leadership approaches needed to identify high-value opportunities, scale AI initiatives, and drive meaningful business impact while addressing governance and change management challenges.
Participants learn to understand the role of AI in driving business transformation, develop the ability to identify high-value opportunities, and lead implementation across the enterprise.
Requirements
Participants must bring their own paid AI chatbot subscription. Acceptable options include ChatGPT Plus or Pro, Gemini Advanced, or Claude Pro or Max. Free tiers are not sufficient for this program.
